Commissioner General Office
Ing. Vladimír Války Vladimír Války was born on 9th March 1959 in Kremnica in Slovakia. After completing High School in Bratislava he graduated in 1982 from the Trade Faculty of the University of Economics in Bratislava. During the years 1993 to 1994 he completed a postgraduate course at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. From 1982 he has worked at the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Czechoslovakia, later the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, in various functions. Recently in the years 1998 to 2002 he acted as Consul General of the Czech Republic in Brazil based in Sao Paulo. Since March 2003 he has occupied the position of Deputy Commissioner General at the Office of the Commissioner General for the participation of the Czech Republic at the General World Exposition EXPO. Vladimír Války is married with two daughters and his interests include town architecture and urbanism and in particular historic railway and city transport. |
