Commissioner General Office
Ing. Damián Kaušitz Born in Prague in 1959. Successively graduated from the Czech University of Technology - Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the University of Economics, National Economy Faculty in Prague - studying engineering technology and finance. In 1985 - 1991 he worked at Československá televize (Czechoslovakian Television) as an assistant in production, production crew manager, production unit manager and executive producer. In 1992 to 1998 and subsequently in 2000 to 2003, he held the position of Executive Producer of News and Documentary Programmes at Česká televize (Czech Television). In 1999 he was Director of News Production at ČNTS-TV NOVA for a brief period. In 1999, working as an independent producer, he produced the documentary series "Letopísně" for Česká televize. In March 2004, he took up a position at the EXPO Commissioner General's Office as Manager of Film and Ecological Projects. He has a daughter. His hobbies include tennis, art, information science, travel and food. |
